Guest Policies, Rules, and Regulations:

1) All reservations must be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance or you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one nights stay at current rate.

2) Check in is at 3 and check out is at noon.

3) Front lobby office hours:  As we are a family operated business, we are not always at the front desk, however we should be able to be reached at one of the following numbers 24 hours a day.  Please call prior to arrival to ensure we are present to assist you in checking in.   Call 907-314-0765 or 907-766-3060 for assistance anytime, Thanks in advance for your understanding.

4) If you are traveling with a pet, the pet must be approved prior to check in and there may be an additional cleaning charge.

5) Please smoke outside. The interior of the hotel is non smoking. If you violate the smoking policy you will be charged a $150.00 cleaning fee.

6) Items missing or damage to the room or hotel will be charged to your credit card.

7) The hotel is not responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for the loss of valuables of any kind.

8) The hotel is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
